On September 25th, Hong Kong Disneyland reopened after a second temporary closure due to COVID-19!

New Safety Precautions

The theme park has reopened with new health and safety precautions in place throughout the entire park, such as enhanced cleaning, sanitizing high-traffic areas and social distancing.  A mandatory mask requirement has been put in place for all guests, as well.

Required health announcements and temperature screenings will also be conducted. In addition, “Selfie Spots” will allow guests to interact with characters in a safe manner.

Reduced Capacity & Schedule Changes

  • Hong Kong Disneyland will be closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Reduced capacity will also be observed through the park’s new reservation system.
  • All guests are required to secure their reservation online with a valid park ticket.

Magic Assess Memberships

The Castle of Magical Dreams

The Castle of Magical Dreams will be making its official debut during the reopening in late 2020.

Merchandise

New merchandise is available to guests, including:

  • Alien Remix items
  • Limited edition Chinese-inspired pins.
  • NuiMOs 25% discount when purchasing two different select characters.

Special Deals for Magic Access Members

Magic Access members will have special offers and ‘Daily Flash Sales’ will be available, with an additional discount for Magic Access members.

Beginning October 1st, Toy Story Land will offer 25th Anniversary Toy Story and Alien Remix desserts. Meanwhile, Crystal Lotus will bid guests with the ‘Disney Character Dim Sum Class’ plus lunch and a ‘Cheers at Poolside’ cocktail workshop at the Sea Breeze bar. The bar features a brand-new BBQ dinner presented on weekends and holidays, running September 30th – November 29th.
