Universal Orlando has shared that A Quiet Place will be the first IP-based house for Halloween Horror Nights 33. This will join the six original houses already revealed, plus three more IP-based houses and five frighteningly fun scare zones.

The house will be based on both the first and second film in the franchise and, according to Deadline, Universal will use ASL in a horror house for the first time. Universal is yet to confirm this, though the resort made the following announcement:

“Silence your screams if you want to survive this terrifying, post-apocalyptic world based on the films “A Quiet Place” and “A Quiet Place Part II.” Like the Abbott family, you must keep quiet as you travel from the farmhouse, to the woods, to the foundry. As soon as you make a sound, monstrous creatures who can hear the slightest noise will hunt you down and silence you for good.”

A bone-chilling teaser video was also shared on the Halloween Horror Nights social media channels, indicating that this house will be an extremely unique (and likely silent) offering.

New for 2024, Universal Orlando has announced a Premium Scream Night will take place the night before Halloween Horror Nights officially kicks off – tickets are now on sale. HHN 33 will take place on 48 nights between 30th August and 3rd November.
