Wizarding World of Harry Potter Butterbeer Fudge Copycat Recipe – Ingredients:

Bottom Layer:

  • 3 cups of Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup of Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup of Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 tsp of Rum Extract
  • 1/2 tsp of Butter Extract

Top Layer:

  • 1 1/2 cups of White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tbs of Butter
  • 7 ounces of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup of Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of Vanilla Extract

Preparation:

  • Line 9×9 inch pan with wax paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butterscotch chips and butter. Heat in microwave for 1 minute and stir until smooth. Continue to heat in 15-second increments, if needed. Stir in condensed milk, powdered sugar, and bottom layer extracts.
  • Poor mixture into pan and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • While the bottom layer is setting, combine white chocolate chips and butter in another bowl. Heat and microwave for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Continue to heat in 15-second increments, if needed. Stir in condensed milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Poor gently over the top of the bottom layer and place into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to finish setting.
  • Cut into 32 cubes.
