Ready for the most egg-citing Easter event on the UK theme park scene? Chessington World of Adventures Resort is bringing back its EGGSplorers Easter celebration for a second year running.
The event quickly became a family-favourite last year and Chessington has announced that it is returning for the 2024 season. Eggsplorers will run between the 23rd March and 14th April.
Guests can enjoy egg hunts and parades, all whilst hanging out with Bonnie, the resident Easter Bunny. Here’s what else to expect at Chessington during the Easter season…
Chessington’s EGGSplorers Easter Activities
Alongside enjoying over 40 rides and attractions within the theme park, Easter at Chessington brings a fun-filled Eggsplorers Parade and an array of festive decorations around the park.
The Enchanted Hollow will be also given an Easter makeover. Guests can head down into the burrow and meet the friendly animal residents who are celebrating Easter for the very first time. The bunnies who reside in the hollow will also be on hand to help give out Cadbury goodies to guests who join in an Easter Egg Hunt.
If you fancy an extra-special celebration, Chessington has also announced that a VIP Easter Egg Hunt experience will also be available. This is an after-hours offering where guests can join Bonnie the Easter Bunny for an egg hunt through the World of Adventures.
Hunters will need to find the missing giant eggs to crack the code and earn themselves a very tasty reward. This experience is available for up to six guests and does not include theme park or zoo entry.
Note that entry into the Enchanted Hollow requires an extra ticket at £8 per person. These tickets can be booked online and added to a park ticket or Annual Pass reservation.
