Wake up coaster fans! The day we have been waiting for has officially arrived. We finally have news regarding one dinosaur-clad attraction. Via an update on Universal Orlando’s official website, Universal’s Islands of Adventure will debut Jurassic World VelociCoaster in 2021.

Now, with all things Jurassic World VelociCoaster related, this news is not without its own speculation. Universal has since removed the mention of the VelcociCoaster from their website. However, you can still witness proof here via Twitter:

According to the official webpage, Universal describes the guest's experience as follows:

“feel the rush of the hunt” as you “race through the jungle alongside raptors” on the Jurassic World VelociCoaster, which has an opening set for summer 2021.

Now, if you’ve been following Universal’s illusive construction history with this particular coaster, you know that they have remained rather tight-lipped about the attraction. Why? Who knows! But this marks the first official acknowledgement of the roller coaster by Universal Orlando.
