If Universal has got one thing on lock, it is their understanding of fan throwback love! Over the past year, we have seen a major resurgence in retro merch, including towels, posters, and glasses featuring defuncted rides and attractions, as well as the Florida theme park's original logo! Now, there is a new relic swimming into Universal Studios Florida! That’s right, the popular photo-op showcasing the shark from “Jaws” has made a triumphant return.

A recent Universal tweet on social media announced, “He’s back – and all Bruced up,” along with a photo of the infamous predator.

The shark’s nickname, Bruce, is in reference to what the JAWS film crew called the prop sharks used during the production of the blockbuster 1975 film.

Bruce used to be featured outside the entrance of Jaws: The Ride before Universal closed in 2012 to make way for the Diagon Alley section of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Earlier this year, the beloved finned feen was removed due to park maintenance.

Bruce can be found hanging from a wooden frame by the dock in Universal Studios Florida’s San Francisco area.
