Disneyland Paris has removed the 3D element from Ratatouille: L'Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy, aka Ratatouille – The Adventure. It’s not known whether this is permanent, although the 3D glasses were briefly removed in early 2024 before being reinstated.

About Ratatouille – The Adventure

The immersive 4D attraction shrinks guests down to the size of Remy and his rat family and transports them around the streets of Paris and into Gusteau’s restaurant, where chaos ensues.

The ride itself remains the same with its other scent and spray elements, though the screens are now 2D. Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT still contains its 3D elements – for now, at least.

Fans have largely been critical of this removal, with many taking to social media to voice their frustrations. Disney has not yet shared the reason for this decision.

Interestingly, Universal Orlando recently removed the 3D element from Skull Island: Reign of Kong, which was believed to be part of cost-cutting measurements.
