Videos of the Trollercoaster in action have been shared online ahead of DreamWorks Land’s official opening later this year.

This area is a retheme and expansion of the KidZone land at Universal Studios Florida, next to the ET ride. DreamWorks Land will feature three distinct areas based on Trolls, Shrek, and Kung Fu Panda

Trollercoaster is a family-friendly attraction situated in the Trolls section of the new area. The ride is a much-needed retheme of Woody Woodpecker’s Nuthouse Coaster.

About the Trollercoaster

The Trollercoaster will whisk guests away from creepy spiders, with the likes of  Poppy, Tiny, Satin, and Chenille in tow. Up until now, we’ve only seen the track and some of the theming. But images and videos of the ride car itself have been released.

We won’t lie; the face of the train is the stuff of nightmares.

See what we mean?

The ride car is based on the Caterbus from the Troll movies and has a subtle glitter exterior with a lap bar restraint. You can view a video of the Caterbus in action during testing below.

DreamWorks Land officially opens at Universal Orlando in summer 2024. An exact date is yet to be given, but keep checking back with Themepark+ for the latest updates.
