Making Disney dining reservations just got a whole lot easier, as both the Walt Disney World and Disneyland apps have been given a couple of major updates.

Disney first announced huge changes back in August 2023, ahead of the Disney Dining Plan’s return in January after a Covid-related hiatus. And now, following guest feedback, Disney says they have made some further changes to streamline both dining reservations and the Mobile Order system.

What’s New With the Disney Dining System?

Both Walt Disney World and the Disneyland Resort will be introducing the ability to search the respective apps for dining availability over multiple days

Currently, if you would like to make a reservation, you can only search one day at a time. The new feature will allow users to view dining reservations for ten days at a time at any given restaurant. Disney says this change is coming soon.

Disney also announced two updates available immediately. The apps have been updated to allow guests to view available dining reservations by the hour on each day, rather than just a small time window.

Plus, Mobile Order has been given new sorting features so that guests can find nearby locations and spots with the earliest available pickup times. No more trying to plan your day around an awkward Mobile Order time slot – hurray!
