Disneyland reservation availability has just been rescheduled again. For a while now, guests could make hotel reservations for August 16 and later. But as of today, anybody with existing reservations during those dates is being asked to postpone their reservations for September 1 and beyond. Here’s what we know.

Disneyland Reservation Availability Changed

Unfortunately, it seems like it will be a long time before Disneyland is able to welcome guests again. A couple of weeks ago, The Walt Disney Company announced they would be reopening on July 17, the 65th anniversary of Disneyland. However, the state of California stated they would not be giving approval in time for Disneyland to reopen. So those plans had to be cancelled. Since then, the Disneyland reservation options have been all over the place.

As of July 21, 2020, nobody can make any Disney hotel reservations unless they book their trip for September 1, 2020 or later. This is not the first time these options have been pushed back to a later date. However, we sure hope it is the last. Fingers crossed for a safe, September reopening at the Disneyland Resort!

This does not mean the Disneyland resort hotels and theme parks will be open by September 1. It just means that they will definitely not be open anytime before then.
