Wondering how to get into Fantasy Springs at Tokyo DisneySea? This guide covers everything you need to know, from where to find the port entrance to how to access rides.

Fantasy Springs is home to three areas: Frozen Kingdom, Rapunzel’s Forest, and Peter Pan’s Never Land. With four new rides and multiple dining locations, this new land transports guests to a mystical world filled with fairies, pirates, and princesses.

It’s no secret that getting into the land is going to be tricky in its first year or so, so allow us to demystify the process…

Getting Fantasy Springs Tickets

The most important piece of information: every guest entering Fantasy Springs needs a valid Tokyo DisneySea park entry for the relevant day. For the foreseeable future, guests will also need a specific park ticket or attraction reservation to get into Fantasy Springs.

There are two main options:

Standby Pass – This service is free and can be accessed through the mobile app. Guests can book an available time slot to ride an attraction and may explore Fantasy Springs before and after this time. Guests may only book another pass once they have used their current reservation.

Disney Premier Access – This service is available for an additional fee. Guests can book one “fastpass” per attraction per hour. Though expensive, this is a great way to ensure you ride multiple Fantasy Springs attractions.

Guests will also need to obtain individual ride reservations to ride the other attractions. If you enter Fantasy Springs with a single Standby Pass reservation, the other attractions may “sell out” before you’re able to book your next pass. Keep checking the app throughout the day as extra passes are released at random times.

If you’re relying on the above passes to enter Fantasy Springs, it’s important to arrive at Tokyo DisneySea early – around two hours before park entry is recommended.

Guests staying at the new Fantasy Springs Hotel will receive a one-day Fantasy Springs Passport which grants them entrance into the land. This gives guests unlimited ride entry, though guests will need to wait in regular standby queues. In this case, a Standby Pass or Disney Premier Access is not needed.

Rooms at the Fantasy Springs Hotel are extremely hard to snag and have sold out months in advance, but don’t worry if you are unable to make a reservation. Guests can also gain access to Fantasy Springs by booking a Disney Vacation Package in one of the eligible Tokyo Disneyland hotels.

How to Dine at Fantasy Springs Restaurants

Until further notice, only park guests with a valid Fantasy Springs ticket may dine at one of the new restaurants inside this land. Guests will need to place a mobile order, which will then allow them to choose a time slot to go and grab their food. This applies to all dining spots except the food carts stationed outside.

Finding the Fantasy Springs Entrance

Once you’ve gained access to Fantasy Springs, it’s time to head to the entrance. You can access the land through the brand-new opening between the Lost River Delta and the Arabian Coast, towards the back of Tokyo DisneySea.

Once you enter, this is where the beautiful rockwork is with plenty of hidden character faces. Make sure you stick around until the evening, as this area of the park glows in bioluminescent lighting.
