Nathaniel Smith, 18 years old, was flagged by Disney Springs security about potentially having a gun. He was later arrested by Orange County police officers.

Smith, according to police, told them he was recently hired as a special agent by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). He claimed to work in the agency’s Atlanta, Georgia division. Smith even showed the officers a fake badge. Upon further investigation, officers found similar fake badges being sold on Amazon.com.

Police then found a loaded Glock 19 replica BB gun concealed in Smith’s waistband. The badge and gun were seized when Nathaniel Smith was arrested. Smith was charged with impersonating an officer, unlawful display of a badge, and carrying a concealed weapon–which is illegal in the state of Florida.
