Disneyland After Dark returns for Star Wars Nite on selected dates throughout April and May. Guests can enter Disneyland Park after hours and take part in a whole host of fun activities, from lightsaber training to a galactic dance party.
The separately ticketed event runs from 9pm to 1am, though this includes park entry from 6pm, which means you’ll have plenty of time to hop on the Matterhorn Bobsleds and Big Thunder Mountain without waiting in long lines.
The dates for this event are April 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, and May 2, 7, and 9, 2024.
About Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite
The event is jam-packed with exclusive experiences and perks. Alongside many photo opportunities, Main Street, U.S.A. will be home to a Galactic Dance Party and Captain Phasma will be joined by her elite unit of Stormtroopers in Tomorrowland.
Guests are allowed to dress up during After Dark events, so don your fanciest Star Wars costume. Those who take part can join Mickey and Minnie in a parade down Main Street, U.S.A., followed by a group photo in front of the castle, which will also be given a galactic makeover.
Additionally, guests are strongly encouraged to bring their lightsabers along – a Resistance Show of Unity will be held at the Millennium Falcon and there will be some Jedi training available in the Star Wars Nite Lightsaber Instructional at the It’s a Small World mall.
Plus, foodies will be happy to hear that there will be twenty treats available only during Star Wars Nites, including a street-style Elote Burger at the Hungry Bear Restaurant, and a chocolate funnel cake at Stage Door Café.
How to Get Disneyland After Dark Tickets
Tickets for Disneyland After Dark are $159. This includes entrance to the park up to three hours before the event begins at 9pm, plus souvenir keepsakes and unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos taken throughout the event.
If you are already in the park and have a ticket for the nighttime event, you can grab a wristband from the station near the park entrance so you do not need to leave and re-enter.

- 20th February - Inspire Magic Key holders can purchase pre-sale tickets.
- 21st and 22nd February - All Magic Key holders can purchase from a select amount of pre-sale tickets.
- 23rd February – Tickets go on sale to the general public.
