Downtown Disney has unveiled a sleek new entrance on the brand-new Downtown Disney Instagram account. 

The new entrance is on the west side of Downtown Disney, near where Din Tai Fung will open up later this summer. It features a modern EPCOT-style sign with silver letters spelling “Downtown Disney” and a number of spread-out security tables. The nearest parking area to this entrance is the Simba Lot.

Disney also shared a photograph of a new mural by Nikkolas Smith. The artwork features some of the new places that will soon be unveiled as Downtown Disney undergoes a multi-year development. entertainment stage and grassy area nearby.

You can expect plenty of updates at Disneyland over the next few years as DisneylandForward has been approved. The resort has pledged to spend $1.9 billion over the next ten years, resulting in updates around the parks, hotels, and the local residential areas.
