Disney Cruise Line offers a vacation experience unlike any other that magically brings families together while providing unparalleled kid fun and relaxing adult time.

Watch as Laura Cabo of Walt Disney Imagineering, along with Bob Chapek, Josh D’amaro, and more, take you on a journey through the stories and spaces of the beautiful Disney Wish, the 5th ship to join the Disney Cruise Line fleet. While there is still work to do before this ship sets sail in Summer 2022, Disney has given us an exciting sneak peek of this elegant ship full of enchantment, from dining in the Kingdom of Arendelle to riding through the animated world of Mickey Mouse!

Here, you’ll discover what sets them apart during a one-of-a-kind voyage that includes the world-class hospitality, legendary service and attention to detail that Disney is famous for—it’s magic only Disney could provide.

In addition to a bevvy of backstage glimpses, Bob Chapek takes a moment to announce that the Walt Disney Company will be donating $1,000,000 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

If you don’t have 35 minutes to spare, you can skip the video above and check out a few of our honourable mentions below!

Star Wars

One of the most noteworthy additions is the Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge, a galactic-themed bar designed to look like a spaceship that will “travel” to different planets from the Star Wars universe. At each stop, guests can sip cocktails themed around that respective planet.

Adults-Only

Other adults-only options on board are a “reimaged” version of Palo Steakhouse, Enchanté (fine dining restaurant), and The Rose, a cocktail lounge that connects the two restaurants, each lighted themed around Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.

Family-Friendly

There are three new restaurants offering family-friendly immersive experiences, including 1923, an old Hollywood-themed spot designed to “pay homage to the golden age of animation.” The restaurant will be bedecked with over 1,000 drawings and props that show the evolution of Disney animation over the years!

World of Marvel

World of Marvel will be an interactive dining experience bringing the Marvel Cinematic Universe to life. The restaurant will showcase a “worldly menu,” with dishes inspired by African Wakanda, Eastern European Sokovia and the Avengers’ home base of New York City.

Frozen

Frozen will be front and centre at Arrandale, which is a theatrical dinner experience featuring Elsa, Ana, Kristoff and Olaf. The menu will have “world-class cuisine infused with Nordic influences.”

Attractions at Sea

Disney has revealed The AquaMoouse, the first Disney attraction at sea, featuring 760 feet of winding tubes that suspend over the ship’s upper deck. The fun-filled attractions will provide guests with an audio and video immersion experience into The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse, an animated short series streaming on Disney+.

The Disney Wish will not set sail until June 9, 2022. However, booking will begin as early as May 27, 2021.
